I had a terrible time with an infection, but I’m back on my weightloss goals. I was pretty infected because everything was making me sick. Treated that and now I’m partially alive again.

Introductions are happening over and over on my blog, but I have made a concentrated effort to have a plan in action. So let me tell you about the changes I’m making to the blog.
I went for a leisurely walk yesterday and by the time I got to the third block my body started to go into shock.

My new normal for a while will be three days solid exercise and a recovery period of about four. I know that seems a bit counterproductive, but man it is hard to maintain too much activity for too long.
