I found out that my allergies have nothing to do with food or environmental pathogens. I can eat peanut I guess. I have never been able to eat peanut. I think it’s just too high fat and I have really bad guts. But in any case, I can have whatever the junk I want as long as it doesn’t hurt GERD, but that’s still cutting some stuff out.
I think that this is because I prayed to God to let me not be allergic to food, because special diets are super expensive and being as simple and cheap as possible is important to me. But I also know that I can’t skimp on health. So I will be making GERD and IBS friendly recipes on the blog for the $5 a month. I have a friend who does FODMAP who I would love to share with. I think I need to really get into the FODMAP-friendly GERD-friendly stuff. Gut friendly.
I have to cut out some stuff still anyway, but I’m glad to know I can have whatever.
Also, it has come to my attention that I have Psoriasis still. It is an autoimmune disease so I might be trying to make the recipes alkaline, too.
